After-Sales Service & Maintenance

LTP Engineering ensures that clients are satisfied with the project, products, and services by providing after-sales service and maintenance to surpass or meet clients’ expectations. LTP Engineering will always stay in touch with clients after deals, exchange pleasantries occasionally, provide necessary technical supports with quality controls, take feedbacks from clients, and immediately respond for the modifications, repairs, and maintenance. Moreover, LTP Engineering allocates team members to do sitetesting and modifications to fulfill clients’ needs if there are some minor changes provided, and the standards according to the department of occupational safety and health.

Installation & Startup

This stage comprises the site installation and startup stage with commissioning. LTP Engineering provides engineering installations and delivery services, or in an alternative way for clients to handle the installation and self-pickup, allowing flexibility in cost. If clients decide to have installation assistances, commissioning, and training programs, LTP Engineering welcomes clients to have them. A complete file package includes operational handbooks, general layout drawings, PLC and HMI application programs for machines, and recommended spare part lists provided upon project acceptance by clients.

Testing & Pre-run

As aforementioned, testing and pre-run stage are mandatory once the completion of the production and fabrication. The respective QA/QC and maintenance team will in charge of doing full-body checkout by testing and pre-running to ensure that such projects successfully yield positive results and fulfill the specifications and requirements provided. Once done, LTP Engineering provides cost estimation for installation and startup with the commissioning of such projects for clients. Moreover, LTP Engineering provides the necessary training for maintenance personnel and operators if clients needed.

Production & Fabrication

This stage begins to start fabrications and product assemblies based upon the engineering designs and developments completed in the second stage. Depending on the type of project, production and fabrication can either be at the LTP Engineering workshop or the on-site compound. For simple design projects like mold making without applying computerized systems, LTP Engineering uses its high-end facilities and heavy-duty machinery to process materials. Then, skilled team workers use processed materials to fabricate and assemble products. For complex projects with complex computerized systems, LTP Engineering develops PLC and HMI systems for complex machinery systems. Also, LTP Engineering provides flexibility for clients to have project runoffs and factory acceptance tests related to the next stage, testing, and pre-runs. LTP Engineering fully ensures that there will be no malfunction or defect happened in such projects throughout the production and fabrication process.

Design & Development

Throughout the design and development stage, LTP Engineering allocates the respective team to put all engineering assemblies and specifications together with detailed engineering drawings and BOM lists based on the approved design and specification from the preliminary stage as aforementioned. The design team designs projects accordingly and modifies the previous version of designs based on clients’ specifications. Most importantly, LTP Engineering reviews closely with clients about the design drawings and materials used to ensure that the project designations are acceptable based on the clients’ prior, mitigate any gratuitous over expenses, and minimize any changes for the following fabrication stage. LTP Engineering will always keep in touch with clients to refine and revise the project and design specifications, including PLC and HMI team if such projects (i.e., batching plant, wire caging machine, etc.) need complex control and computerized systems to perform it. Once the completion of the design and development stage, LTP Engineering will issue a firm quote to clients for the project progress, such as procurement, production and fabrication, PLC, and HMI programming for complex machines and projects, along with the budgetary cost estimations proposed in the first stage.

Project Definition & Inquiry

During this preliminary stage, the LTP Engineering team works jointly with clients to define and gather the project requirements and specifications. There are two ways to define the projects: LTP Engineering proposes conceptual layout drawings and presentations for clients to review, or clients can provide relevant information to the respective LTP Engineering team to review. Once clients’ approval is made, LTP Engineering purposes budgetary cost estimations, project timeline estimations, and project schedules for the whole project progress. Evaluation of the timeline and project schedule for project initialization and commissioning will be provided, and training for the respective operators will also be provided if necessary. In terms of flexibility, clients are welcome to adjust their fund expenditures, designs, and customizations to fulfill the current situation rather than follow the previous design layouts and uncompetitive prices. Depending on the projects based on the design layout and specifications approved, or some minor changes have been made by clients, LTP Engineering also provides additional proposals for the revised and detailed engineering assemblies with specifications to suit clients, which is related to the next stage.
