Prestressed RC 4000mm U-Beam Mould

A U-type uniform depth single-hollow trapezoidal box girder mold is used for casting U-beam concrete box girders with prestressing cable ducts at the bottom side. Its mold components are categorized into four elements such as side panels, base panels, end panels, and inner panels. Multiple panels are attachable consecutively in a straight manner. The size for a single-span segmented section itself is 3300 mm (L) x 3000 mm (W) x 4000 mm (H). Mold customization is available to suit the customer’s requirements.
