Barrier molds are used for fabricating concrete barriers and parapets for vehicular road construction. Generally, the barrier molds are often either single or double-barrier casting types in either direct (upward) or reversed positions to obtain precast barriers. Depending on which design, some concrete barrier molds have only two side mold panels, and some have four side panels with a base panel.
Optional external vibration systems are available to achieve better concrete compactions and sturdiness. The span of the concrete barriers typically ranges from 1000 to 3000 mm, 800 – 1200 mm for its height, and the base width is about 800 – 1100 mm. LTP Engineering does offer any designs and manufacturing of the molds based on the specifications required by precasting corporations.
