Bridge Girder Launcher

This overhead type of bridge girder launcher is designed to construct high-elevated vehicular highways, railways, bridges, and flyovers by hoisting up and transporting single-box, double-boxes, or multiple-boxes concrete girders to assemble concrete box girders altogether and form a connection of bridges along the route planned. According to the standard requirements, it consists of a series of simply supported spans employing matchbox girders which are erected, connected to the consecutive segments with prestressed tendons and epoxy resins. LTP Engineering does offer custom-made up to 50000 mm span bridge girder launchers which can lift a single piece or multiple pieces of box girders up to 900 tons.
