Due to confined space for the construction of batching plant, LTP Engineering has proposed a well-conceived modular principle to implement and develop a great value of pre-installed modules but high in concrete-production-volume, competitive prices, and transportation costs. LTP Engineering has proposed the 60 m3/hr-capacity concrete batching plant that suits the mid-scale skip hoist-based concrete precast industry together with a spun pipe production section at confined space construction and low initial investment cost for quicker profit-making, high production volume, and high-quality concrete production. The simple batching plant design layout occupies a little space yet provides a much safer working environment for operation and maintenance. Instead of proposing an inclined single-charging top-enclosed conveyor system between an aggregate hopper and a mixer house, a skip hoist conveyor system is implemented that requires lesser space. It features a lower aggregate capacity and lower energy consumption system with a small footprint that results in lower operating costs. At the mixing section, an advanced planetary concrete mixer with highly resistant hardened liners provides a better concrete mixing process and permits a long lifespan with low maintenance cost. LTP Engineering also ensures that the concrete mixing technology provides a homogeneous ready-mix concrete at a specific volume in a shorter duration. Utilizing advanced software, a user-friendly computer-controlled system, and a real-time simulation of the concrete production will ensure that the whole concrete mixing process performs fluently and efficiently.
