LTP Engineering proposed a stationary modular concrete batching plant is designed for fast setup and high production with a minimum of delivery and installation costs. This batching plant will provide up to 60 m3/hr concrete production, and it can be used in different locations where design layout flexibility is required.
Due to confined space for the construction of batching plant, LTP Engineering has proposed a well-conceived modular principle to implement and develop a great value of pre-installed modules but high in concrete-production-volume, competitive prices, and transportation costs. Transportable truss design allows easy installation and occupies a smaller space yet provides a much safer working environment for operation and maintenance. Instead of implementing an inclined single-charging top-enclosed conveyor system between an aggregate hopper and a mixer house, a skip hoist conveyor system is implemented that requires lesser space. At the mixing section, an advanced planetary concrete mixer with highly resistant hardened liners provides a better concrete mixing process and permits a long lifespan with low maintenance cost. Lower aggregate volume and lower energy consumption system with a small footprint results in minimum operating costs and higher productivity. Ensuring the concrete mixing technology provides a homogeneous ready-mix concrete at a specific volume in a shorter production time is utterly imperative throughout the concrete production process. With the aid of advanced software, a user-friendly computer-controlled system, and a real-time simulation of the concrete production, this ensures that the whole concrete mixing process performs fluently and efficiently.
