Portal Shell Beam Mould

An open-type single hollow and a uniform depth portal shell beam mold with no individual webs gives a U-beam concrete at almost perfect square shape is meant for fabricating bridge girder. It has two lumps at each bottom part of the side panels even though its structure is almost like the ordinary U-beam with slanted sidewalls. These lumps are a kind of sockets for parapets to be assembled. The typical single segment of mold size is about 8000 mm (L) x 2800 mm (W) x 2800 mm (H).
