Besides custom projects and products, LTP Engineering provides industrial steel structure buildings to manufacturing companies throughout Malaysia, especially for the Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) Plant. This 3-4 stories high AAC plant has an open-spacious compound, completely aerated, and ventilated to prevent heat trapped inside the building while having such high heat-generated concrete production by using heavy-duty autoclaves.
The total weight of steel structure for ACC plant is about 2000 to 2500 tons. LTP Engineering offers various ACC building dimensions and arrangements to accommodate the site requirements given by clients. Site requirements varied from the number of machines and other equipment that brings about a different building size. Moreover, the larger the plant is, the better the ventilation generate naturally due to its building structure. Hence, it permits a better-protected environment and maintenance for any machines and equipment.
