Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC) Post-Tension U-Girder Mould

An open-type multiple hollow partition uniform depth U-girder mold with two individual webs that separate U-girder into three hollow sections, multiple post-tensioning tendon locations, and post-tensioning anchorage locations which are for the installation of tension cables. It is wide-span that is suitable for making a dual-track vehicular way, and also it has a significant shape like a curvature at both sides so that it has a high torsional resistance and high stiffness strength to counter any mechanical failures. A single-span UHPC post-tension U-girder mold has the size about 9000 mm (L) x 3000 mm (W) x 2500 mm (H). Any customization for fabricating such mold is all-time available to follow any desired structural system in the plan.
